Ferdinand Kruis has been advising banks and financial services providers for more than 20 years, as well as other companies, in contentious matters and on issues relating to standard terms and conditions law. In the contentious field, a particular focus lies on collective and mass proceedings, including model proceedings under the German Capital Markets Model Case Act (KapMuG).

Ferdinand Kruis is a member of the Statutory Assembly of the German Federal Bar (Bundesrechtsanwaltskammer).
