Ralf Zuleger advises banks and financial services providers, as well as other companies and their governing bodies, on all matters of restructuring and insolvency law as well as banking law.
His advisory work covers a broad range of issues. For example, he advises clients in the context of the financial distress of business partners, identifies courses of action and assists in avoiding liability risks. A further focus of his practice lies in representing clients in all contentious matters with a restructuring or insolvency law dimension, such as the defence against insolvency claw-back claims. Ralf Zuleger is a co-editor of NZI.
