Our clients include board members who turn to us with questions across corporate law, capital markets and financial regulatory law, corporate governance matters and compliance issues.

Our work ranges from legal opinions and support in negotiations – for example on service agreements and separation arrangements – to representation before supervisory authorities and advice and advocacy in contentious matters. Advising and representing clients in complex liability cases, often in close coordination with D&O insurers, is one of our firm’s core areas of focus.

Several of our lawyers serve on supervisory boards, advisory boards or similar committees themselves and therefore understand the particular challenges of such roles from first-hand experience.
